  • I bought tickets online but haven't received them. Where are they?
    We don’t mail physical tickets, when purchased through our ticketing portal you select how you would like delivery. If you have not received your ticket via your selected delivery method, please call the box office or email boxoffice@lghom.com
  • Where is House of Music located?
    We are located about ¼ mile north of Lake Geneva off the west side of Highway H, at “N3241 County Trunk H, Lake Geneva, WI 53147”. We’re across the road from Canopy Tours zip lining and Tommi’s Garden Blooms flower shop.
  • What are your box office hours?
    We typically are open Monday thru Friday, 9AM-3PM. Our weekend hours vary, depending what shows we have that day, Tickets are also for sale at all shows. Please call first to check our availability (262) 248-0606. Box office available via email boxoffice@lghom.com
  • Where should I park?
    There is plenty of free parking in the large lot in front of our building. When we have events outside on our festival grounds, there is also free parking behind the buildings on our neighboring properties of the Geneva Office Mall and the PRIMEX Family of Companies lots. Parking staff will direct and assist in parking in all areas during our outdoor events.
  • How far is our drive from nearby cities?
    We are located approximately 1.5 hours from Chicago, about 1 hour from Milwaukee, Madison and Rockford.
  • How can I buy tickets for your shows?
    Advance tickets are available online here through this website. by going HERE. You can also buy tickets by visiting the box office at the Lake Geneva House of Music during our box office hours.
  • What time do doors or gates open for your shows?
    As a general rule, doors/gates open one hour before the advertised show time. Occasionally an artist will need extra time for set-up and sound check, and this could briefly delay the time we open the doors.
  • How does seating work at House of Music (Both Indoor and outdoor shows)?
    All of our shows are general admission, which means seating is on a first come, first serve basis; so, there is no guarantee that you will get a seat. Please keep in mind that with a ticket, you are paying for admission to the show, you are not buying a seat for the event. If having a seat is important to you, please plan to arrive at the venue when doors open for the show. If you have a disability or injury and require a seat, please contact chris@LGHOM.com in advance so we can be ready to accommodate you.
  • Do you serve beverages?
    Yes, we do! At all of our events we maintain a nice variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale. Some of those varieties typically are beer (Spotted Cow, Two Women, PBR, Miller Lite, Coors Light, Guinness, Stella Artois, Happy Place, Blue Moon..) wine (cabernet, merlot, pinot noir, chardonnay, moscato, pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc, rosé..), plus Mike’s Hard Lemonade, White Claw and Cayman Jack. Soft drinks are Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Vernor’s ginger ale, Orange Crush, A&W Root Beer and bottled water.
  • Do you serve food?
    Food service varies by event, ticketing information will advise whether restaurant will be open for that specified event. Any questions email boxoffice@lghom.com When outdoor shows are happening on our festival grounds, we have food trucks that have the exclusive right to sell food during our events.
  • Is there an age restriction for your shows?
    Our shows, unless otherwise noted, are all ages. Minors are welcome to attend any of our shows, no matter the age limit, when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Drinking alcoholic beverages requires the age of 21+.
  • I'm unable to use my concert tickets for some reason, can I get a refund?
    We’re sorry, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a show is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Can I bring my bag to a show?
    You may bring a small bag / purse with you to most of our shows. This policy may change depending on the performer or at the discretion of management. LARGE BAGS, INCLUDING MESSENGER BAGS AND BACKPACKS, CONTAINERS AND/OR COOLERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY-INS OR BYOB.
  • Do you allow cameras at your events?
    The venue allows cameras and video, but sometimes national acts that play here do not allow them. Before bringing a large and expensive camera that you may need to leave in your car, please chris@LGHOM.com to find out what is allowed that night. As a general rule, most bands are OK with non-professional cameras.
  • Do you allow smoking in the venue?
    No. It is illegal to smoke inside venues in Lake Geneva, WI. This also includes e-cigs and vaping. We do have a large, outdoor front porch available for smoking in designated areas during indoor events.
  • It says on your website that the show I want to see is sold out. How can I get tickets?
    Unfortunately, when a show sells out in advance there are no tickets left at all. We always highly recommend getting tickets in advance either on our website or at the box office to avoid being shut-out of a show you want to see. However you may join the waitlist for that event.
  • Do you have a lost and found?
    Yes. If you have lost something at a show, please call or stop in to claim it as soon as possible. We often find lost items that are never claimed, and therefore only will hold onto them for 30 days and then donate to a charity. Please remember that we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at Lake Geneva House of Music.
  • Is House of Music Handicapped accessible?
    Yes. If you need special assistance, please contact chris@LGHOM.com.
  • Is there an ATM available at House of Music?
    Yes, but only for our outdoor shows and festivals.
  • Do you rent out for private events?
    Yes. We can host all kinds of private events, from wedding receptions, to corporate parties, and just about anything else you can think of. Please contact chris@LGHOM.com to discuss details and make reservations.
